Client Nomination Form - Agents ONLY!

ELITE Pro Football Combines has established an online player nomination system for agents to nominate their clients. Please follow the procedures below to nominate all clients that show potential to play professional football at the next level.

Once your athlete has been nominated, ELITE will advise the player that their name has been submitted by their agent. All players who are nominated by an agent will be guarunteed a spot in the combine of their choosing!

If you are planning on registering and paying for multiple clients to attend an ELITE Regional combines, you will be eligible for an agent discount. Please visit our client registration page for further information. You may also instruct your clients to register online or print an application form to register via mail.
