Jr. Tagaloa has served as Regional Director for the ELITE
As an star football player, Jr. played college ball at Orange Coast College (OCC) in Costa Mesa California before joining the University of California football team where he was a standout starting receiver his junior and senior years. Jr also, became an all-American Rugby player, representing the
After college, Jr. attended mini-camps at the Rams and 49ers followed by a coaching position at OCC. Jr, has coached part time and full time at OCC since 1990, serving the offensive side of the ball at all positions including Offensive Coordinator.
In his professional career, Jr. Tagaloa has excelled as a sales executive and manager for JohnsonDiversey and Clarke corporations by meeting or exceeding million dollar quotas in every year of his employment. Jr kept his hand in sports at the professional level from 2000-2004 by serving as Director of Player Development for Pacific Rim Sports Agency.
When not working and coaching, Jr. devotes an extensive amount of his time to developmentally disabled children through the Special Olympics, VIP/American Youth Soccer Organization and the Little League Challengers.
Jr and his wonderful wife, Wendy and their special daughter Kailualani, reside in Costa Mesa, California.
