Phillip Blackwell

Phillip attended West Virginia University where he majored in Civil Engineering. He is also a National Field Consultant (NFC) with the National Athletic Testing System (NATS). Aside from being a Technology Coordinator at a local Baltimore County elementary school, Phillip teaches G.E.D. class in the evenings at the Baltimore County Detention Center and at Kenwood High School Drop-in Center . He also coaches Varsity Football and Track at Overlea High School in Baltimore , MD .

Phillip is also Camp Director for the Joe Krivak QB/WR Camp at various locations along the East-Coast as well as the 12-13 year old head coach at the Art Monk Football Camp that is affiliated with Sports International (www.footballcamps.com).

Along with his teaching and coaching duties in the Baltimore area, Phillip mentors local male and female athletes and help guide them through the college eligibility and recruitment process.
