

John Beake is a former GM with the Denver Broncos and retired NFL Vice President.
As Broncos General Manager, John's tenure included the signing of John Elway and two Super Bowls, bringing his career Super Bowl championship tally to three. John earned his first Super Bowl ring as the backfield coach for Hank Stram and the Kansas City Chiefs.
After 23 seasons with the Broncos, the National Football League named John Vice President of Player Development and Football Operations, a position he held until 2004. While with the NFL League Office John served as chairman of the NFL International Working Group and a member of the NFL College Relations Committee. John is currently a consultant to the NFL.
John's career in professional football as an administrator, coach, scout and executive is an unparalleled success and highlighted by appearances in six Super Bowls.
He is a pillar within the football community, and one of the most respected men in the NFL.

Mike Hagen brings over 27 years of NFL experience to the Wilson-ELITE Football Scouting Clinic. Mike has held both executive and player personnel positions with four Super Bowl teams. He played a key role in evaluating and selecting talent resulting in six Super Bowl appearances for the Falcons (XXXIII), Redskins (XXVI), Broncos (XXII & XXIV) and Cowboys (XXVII and XXVIII).

Mike was a wide receiver at California Lutheran University where he received his BA degree in Business Management in 1980. Mike was inducted into the California Lutheran University Hall of Fame and the Ventura County Football Hall of Fame. After graduation Mike attended training camp as a free agent wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys in 1980.
Mike, at right with Detroit Lions QB and 1st overall pick in 2009 NFL Draft Matt Stafford, is currently a Football Operations Consultant to the NFL.

For the past seven years, Cornell Gowdy served as the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic Regions scout for the Kansas City Chiefs. His responsibilities included evaluating all draft eligible collegiate football players in these areas, plus crosschecking top positional prospects from select universities in the Southeast.
Prior to the Chiefs, Cornell was the Northeastern Regional scout for the New Orleans Saints. In this capacity Cornell covered prospects throughout the Northeast and top prospects at universities from the Southeast and Midwest regions. He also evaluated college underclassmen on their potential draft status for the NFL's College Advisory Committee. His duties also included evaluating NFL Europe players along with NFL restricted and unrestricted free agents for off-season acquisitions.
Cornell began his scouting career with National Football Scouting, Inc., the leading scouting services used by NFL teams to assist their scouting departments. For National, Cornell evaluated draft eligible collegiate football players for the 12 member teams.
Cornell graduated from Morgan State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree. After a stellar career as a standout Defensive Back for the Morgan State Bears, Cornell played in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburg Steelers.

Larry Dixon organized the first Pro Personnel Department for the Dallas Cowboys. He served as Advance Scout for the Dallas Cowboys for over 15 years. Larry has been featured in USA Today and is one of the most respected scouts in the NFL.

In 2005 Larry was tapped by the NFL to serve as Director, International Player Development and manage of Football Camps and Combines for NFL Europe. In 2008 he became International Scout for Europe for NFLE.
Larry holds both a B.S.E. and M.S.E from the University of Central Arkansas.
