The Pre-Combine Roster is the first report each team receives for each combine. It is sent by fax and email to club personnel on Thursday night prior to each combine.

It contains basic information on all players registered to attend the combine, providing scouts a preview of who they will be seeing.

The Pro Scout Workbook is provided to each scout the morning of the combine. It is a specially designed booklet providing detailed information on each player . Forms are provided to easily track players and record data throughout the day.

The Pro-Rated Player Fax Report is the first report issued after each combine. The Pro-Rated Players Report is transmitted by fax and email on Tuesday night following each combine and contains complete results and contact information on all Pro-Rated players (those with a Final Test Grade of 8.00 or higher). Organized by position, it provides clubs with a quick first-look at the most talented players from the combine.

The Online Player Database (OPD) is the most powerful tool in the SCOUT CAMP results distribution system. It provides each club with 24-hour access to player results, full-color body portraits and streaming combine video in a powerful and simple search format. All players who attend SCOUT CAMP are included in the Online Player Database.

The interactive site allows teams to search for players based on up to seven criteria including position, height, weight, forty time, short shuttle time, bench press reps and vertical jump. Or they may look up a specific player by name, combine location or FTG.

A custom online streaming video clip is included in the profile of every Pro-Rated (FTG of 8.00 or higher) player, allowing scouts to watch a player's combine performance from their desk whenever needed.

Each video clip includes the player's forty-yard dash, short-shuttle run, and all position drills.

Videos are filmed and edited using the latest digital video technology and made available in full-motion to users of all bandwidths.

Clips on additional players are created and added to the database if requested by pro team personnel.

All players are uploaded to the OPD by noon on Wednesday following each combine. Streaming video for qualified payers is uploaded on Friday following each combine. Players remain in the OPD for two years.

Access to the OPD is password protected and restricted for use by pro team personnel only. To view the technology used in the OPD, you may visit the Sample Online Player Database. The sample database contains 150 fictional players for demonstration purposes.

The Complete Player Results Report serves as the hardcopy combine reference tool for each club. It contains an alphabetized list of test data, scores and contact information for all combine participants.

Team personnel receive an indexed, three-ring binder prior to the first combine and then receive reports by mail or email 7-10 days after each combine to add to their binder.

In his combine acceptance packet each SCOUT CAMP participant is issued a personal pin number in order to access his Online Player Profile. Results are uploaded by noon on Wednesday after each combine. Each profile remains available online for two years.

Each profile contains front and back full-color photos, streaming combine video (pro-rated players only), test data, combine grades, career notes, contact information and test conditions.

Combine grades are divided into categories (size, speed, quickness, strength and overall) to allow players to pinpoint specific areas of strength and/or weakness. The grade scale allows players to properly interpret their scores and understand how they compare to professional football standards.
