Aaron (AJ) Hardesty

AJ began his career with ELITE Combines as an intern, and was named Director of Operations in June 2006. As Director of Operations, he is responsible assisting ELITE's National Director with all aspects of combine preparations as well as results data entry and video editing. AJ also oversees the ELITE Combine intern program.

Throughout his academic career, AJ was involved with the operation of major sporting events such as the NCAA Men's and Women's Final Four Basketball Tournaments, the NCAA Cross Country National Championships and the Men's and Women's Big 10 Basketball Tournaments.

AJ holds a bachelors degree in Recreation and Sport Management from Indiana State University and associate degrees in Business Management and Marketing Management. AJ, his wife Nikki, and three children, Kobe , Alexis and Cameron, currently reside in Terre Haute , Indiana .
