Adam Kruckenberg

Adam is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a certified athletic trainer. He currently works at the Delnor Health and Wellness Center in Geneva , Illinois as a personal trainer. Adam works with athletes, middle aged adult who want to improve their health, and with senior citizens on their balance, flexibility, and strength. He also does rehab with post surgery clients as well as a part-time athletic trainer at a local high school. Adam received his BS in Sports Medicine from Aurora University in 2000 . He currently resides in Sugar Grov e , Illinois with wife Carri, two step-daughters Samantha and Allie, and son Chase.
