Player Nomination Form - Coaches Only!

ELITE Pro Football Combines has established an online player nomination system for coaches who would like to nominate their players to attend and ELITE Combine, who show potential to play professional football at the next level.

After a player has been nominated, ELITE will advise the player that their name has been submitted as a nominated combine attendee. All players who are nominated by coaches are guaranteed a spot in the combine of their choosing.

Coaches will be notified via e-mail that their referral was received. You may also instruct the player to register online or print an application form to register via mail.
