Two ELITE Players on All-NFL Europe Team

June 13, 2004 - Two ELITE players were named to the 2004 All-NFL Europe team, honoring the league's best players. Rhein Fire WR Adam Herzing and Frankfurt Galaxy OT David Pruce were both named to the All-Offense 1st team.

Herzing led the entire league in receiving yards, finishing the year with 49 receptions for 656 yards and one touchdown. Herzing was allocated to NFL Europe by the San Francisco 49ers. He attended ELITE Combines on March 17, 2002 and was signed by the Indianapolis Colts one month later. He spent two seasons on the Colts practice squad before signing with the San Francisco 49ers in 2003.

Pruce was the leader on the offensive line of a Frankfurtt Galaxy team that advanced all the way to World Bowl XII where they lost to the Berlin Thunder 30-24. Pruce helped clear the way for RB Skip Hicks who led the league in rushing touchdowns with 10 and finished second with 661 yards rushing. Pruce was allocated to NFL Europe by the New England Patriots. He attended ELITE Combines on May 5, 2002 and was signed by the Baltimore Ravens.
