General Player Nomination Form

ELITE Pro Football Combines has established an online player nomination system for players who would like to nominate their teammates or other atheletes who show potential to play professional football at the next level.

Once an athlete has been nominated, ELITE will advise the player that their name has been submitted as a potential combine attendee.

Players will be notified via e-mail that their referral was received. You may also instruct the player to register online or print an application form to register via mail.
