Player Nomination Form - Pro Personnel & Scouts ONLY!

ELITE Pro Football Combines has established an online player nomination system for Pro Football Personnel, Scouts and Executives. Please follow the procedures below to nominate all players that show potential to play professional football at the next level.

Once you have nominated an athlete, ELITE will advise the player that their name has been submitted by a pro team. To avoid unnecessary contact, we will not reveal the nominating team or personnel name to the player. All players who are nominated by professional clubs are guaranteed a spot in the combine of their choosing.

Personnel who nominate players will have exclusive access to his results for a period of two weeks following his combine, for your exclusive viewing. No other team or league will have the opportunity to view these players’ scores during this period in order to protect your exclusivity. This exclusive time period will give clubs the opportunity to bring a player in for additional tryouts. After this two week period, the players' results will be released to the general database.

Personnel will be notified via e-mail that their referral was received. You may also instruct your players to register online or print an application form to register via mail.
